I'm heavy into athletic performance. I tried every nutrition app, they all felt like work. Logging meals took longer than eating them. Plans never adjusted. Coaches charged €400/month and replied once a week.

I switched to ChatGPT. Smart, fast, but it forgot me between conversations. No reminders. No accountability. Just a search bar with extra steps.
